تفاوت‌سنجیِ قابلیت‌های هوش مصنوعی در ارزیابی مهارت‌های سه‌گانه زبان فارسی، بر اساس استاندارد مرجع بنیاد سعدی نسبت به حوزه گفتار

چکیده

چکیده
این پژوهش با رویکردی تفاوت‌سنجانه، قابلیت‌های نظری هوش مصنوعی در سنجش مهارت‌های خوانداری، نوشتاری و شنیداری را در تقابل با توصیفگرهای «استاندارد مرجع آموزش زبان فارسی» بنیاد سعدی تحلیل می‌کند. با به‌کارگیری روش تحلیل اسنادی انتقادی و یک ماتریس تحلیلی سه‌بعدی (شامل شاخص‌های ماشین‌پذیری، وابستگی به بافت و استواری استنتاج)، ۳۶ توصیفگر مهارتی واکاوی شد. یافته‌ها الگویی از «توزیع نامتقارن روایی» را نشان داد. بیشترین انطباق در مهارت خوانداری و کم‌ترین انطباق در مهارت‌های نوشتاری (به‌ویژه به دلیل تناقض فرم-محتوا) و شنیداری (به دلیل شکاف در استنباط معنای لایه‌دار) مشاهده شد. تحلیل حاکی از آن است که شکاف اصلی در مهارت‌های سه‌گانه، ماهیتی معرفت‌شناختی و در سطوح عالی (C1-C2) متمرکز است. در نتیجه، «مدل سنجش ترکیبی سلسله‌مراتبی مهارت‌محور» پیشنهاد می‌شود که در آن، نقش هوش مصنوعی از ارزیاب اصلی در سطوح پایه به ابزاری کمکی در سطوح عالی تعدیل می‌یابد.
