Abstract
With the growing presence of digital technologies and the integration of artificial intelligence in language education, this study explores the extent of use, attitudes, and technological competencies of Persian language instructors in utilizing educational technologies. Employing a descriptive-survey design, data were collected through a researcher-developed questionnaire administered to instructors of Persian as a Foreign Language (PFL) both inside and outside Iran. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. Findings indicate that although instructors generally hold positive attitudes toward the integration of technology in teaching, their actual classroom application remains limited due to various factors, such as restricted access to technological resources, absence of clear institutional policies, high costs of technological infrastructure, and insufficient training opportunities. No statistically significant differences were found between domestic and international instructors in this regard. The study concludes with practical recommendations to support educational policymakers and Persian language program administrators in enhancing the effective use of educational technologies.
