تحلیل مهارت‌ها، نگرش‌ها و دانش فنّاورانه مدرسان زبان فارسی بر پایه چارچوب TPACK

چکیده

 با گسترش فنّاوری‌های دیجیتال و ورود هوش مصنوعی در آموزش زبان، این مطالعه به بررسی میزان استفاده، نگرش و مهارت مدرسان زبان فارسی در به‌کارگیری فنّاوری‌های آموزشی می‌پردازد. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی‌ـ پیمایشی و از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته میان مدرسان زبان فارسی به غیرفارسی‌زبانان (آزفا) در داخل و خارج از کشور انجام شده است. برای تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از پاسخ‌های شرکت‌کنندگان از نرم‌افزار  SPSSاستفاده شد. تحلیل نتایج نشان می‌دهد که هرچند مدرسان نگرش مثبتی نسبت به استفاده از فنّاوری در آموزش دارند، اما به دلایل فراوانی همچون «محدودیت دسترسی به سخت‌افزارها و نرم‌افزارهای آموزشی، نبود سیاست‌های شفاف مؤسسات در زمینه فنّاوری آموزشی، هزینه‌های بالای تجهیز مراکز آموزشی و کمبود دوره‌های آموزش فنّاوری برای مدرسان» استفاده آنان از این ابزارها در کلاس‌های درس محدود است و اغلب با اهداف آموزشی همسو نیست. نتایج مقایسه‌ای بین مدرسان داخل و خارج از کشور تفاوت معناداری در این زمینه نشان نداد. این مطالعه درنهایت راهکارهای عملیاتی برای بهبود وضعیت موجود ارائه می‌دهد که می‌تواند به سیاستگذاران آموزشی و مدیران مراکز آموزش زبان فارسی در بهینه‌سازی استفاده از فنّاوری‌های آموزشی کمک کند.
